Duties

Develop life cycle cost analysis of projects and performs cost benefit evaluations of current and/or projected programs throughout the organization. Provide detailed guidance on program implementation requirements, responsibilities and processes at each level of the organization. Coordinate and communicate with high-level internal and external stakeholders to include but not limited to CECOM, AMC, OTSG/MEDCOM, and HQDA to accomplish objectives. Serve as the functional analyst for organizations Programming, Budget, and Execution automated system. Use skill and tact in the influence of others to accept recommendations or decisions.

Requirements

  • Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain eligibility at the Secret level using a Tier 3 background investigation.
  • 10% business travel.
  • One-year probationary period.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
