You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Business Operations Management Department of Office of Civilian Human Resources Operations. ***This Job Opportunity Announcement is using an additional online assessment tool to evaluate applicants. Duties

You will manage and administer one or more of the administrative functions under the responsibility of the Administration and Records Management Division. You will analyze current and proposed directives for conformance to style guides, clarity, and duplication or conflict with other issuances and perform periodic reviews of certain instructions to determine in updates are required. You will establish proper filing procedures, ensuring accurate up to date files and proper records disposal is accomplished in accordance with DoD regulations. You will oversee the Management Internal Controls Program (MICP) ensuring that required risk assessments are completed and vulnerabilities are identified and mitigated. You will oversee the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) program areas and advise leadership on all COR functions and responsibilities. You will conduct organization studies to identify solutions to problems and suggest alternate courses of action to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in order to ensure mission accomplishment. You will gather and review information, gather data, and devise new modified methods to analyze findings and develop recommendations and proposals to issues associated with internal process and procedures.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final SECRET security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing administrative functions program support (e.g., Management Internal Controls (MICP), Contracting Office Representative (COR), SWFT Fingerprinting System); developing process improvement procedures affecting administrative program areas (e.g., Records Management, Forms Control, Tuition Reimbursement); and developing policy and/or instructions for an enterprise-wide programs.
