You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of NCIS.
All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.

Duties
You will plan and perform a variety of administrative and program management functions.
You will provide services such as case and records management, property management, budget-accounts tracking, timekeeping, transportation and employee travel.
You will identify, compile, extract, interpret, integrate, evaluate and apply information from a wide variety of sources.
You will perform management and measurement assignments, report findings, draw conclusions, and solve an array of administrative and management/program analysis problems.
You will prepare and review administrative/program guidance, reports, letters, memos and forms.

Qualifications
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Providing administrative support which includes office budgeting, records and property management, arranging travel, data processing and files management, accounting, research and organizational analysis, time and attendance issues;
Experience applying program analysis/evaluation techniques to devise solutions to program performance challenges; and
Providing support with report writing and submitting entries into databases.
GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Providing administrative support to include supporting personnel with data processing, case and records management, property management, budget-accounts tracking, timekeeping, and travel arrangements.

GS-09 Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree
