You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analysist in the Office of AUKUS INTEGRATION AND ACQUISITION.
Duties
You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for a broad range of Security Cooperation programs and provide advice and guidance to AUKUS Phase Directors.
You will plan, develop, manage and successfully execute Security Cooperation programs; including Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
You will develop strategies to resolve mission-critical problems for highly complex projects and programs.
You will be responsible for preparing and developing responses to staff actions from Navy International Programs Office (NIPO), Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) and OPNAV N3/N5.
You will develop acquisition and security cooperation strategies in order to meet and successfully execute international program requirements.
You will analyze requirements and ensure all programs are properly executed within policy (e.g. Security Assistance Management Manual).
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing security cooperation programs to meet program requirements for Foreign Military Sales.
