You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Logistics Integration Division of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.
Duties
You will provide oversight on policy and program guidance.
You will be expected to independently plan, organize, develop, and execute ongoing and special assignments and taskings with very little direction from the Deputy Director or Director.
You will provide guidance to personnel to ensure efforts are aligned to Logistics Combat Element (LCE) Division objectives and assigns actions and monitors progress towards effective completion.
You will assist in the research, development, coordination, and sponsorship of all capability documentation.
You will collaborate and review capabilities documentation, point papers, and information papers developed within the Division.
You will assist in developing, monitoring and executing resource management plans for the LCE’s funds, facilities, equipment and services.
You will prepare Situation Reports, Trip Reports and other reports concerning project status and work accomplishments for the Director.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final TOP SECRET SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector developing, integrating, and articulating Marine Corps warfighting capabilities AND anticipating future strategic challenges, potential gap solutions, providing oversight and recommending courses of action to be taken with regards to materiel and non-materiel capabilities development.
