You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVY BRANCH, TOTAL FORCE STRUCUTRE DIVISION, CAPABILITIES DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.
Duties
You will participate and provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in capabilities analysis efforts, ensuring alignment to concepts, CONOPS, designated defense planning scenarios, and other guidance provided by the TFSD Director.
You will analyze force structure issues and initiatives within JCA-1, from tier 1 through tier three involving Navy support units and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of Marine Corps Structure requirements.
You will integrate Navy Force structure requirements for the Marine Corps through the Navy Total Force Manpower System (TFMMS).
You will document, manage and maintain an accurate database of USMC Force Structure requirements for the Navy.
You will ensure the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) is accurate and up-to-date for assigned Navy structure.
You will develop and evaluate alternative plans and concepts for the allocation of force structure within the Navy ensuring structure is balanced, affordable and provides optimal support to the overall mission capability of the Marine Corps.
You will support Marine Corps plans and programs by providing analysis, integration and management of Navy force structure requirements involving the Navy structure ensuring initiatives are conducted.
You will conduct analyses, research/development, and studies in organizational configurations and manpower and equipment requirements for the Navy in support of Marine Corps.
You will lead the development, justification, prioritization and presentation of Navy structure requirements for the Marine Corps.
You will lead the Navy participation in DOTMLPF/C assessments ensuring participants are making informed decisions on manpower and equipment issues across the spectrum of the Navy support.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final top secret/SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: recommending and preparing documentation for capabilities development AND reviewing mission-oriented (e.g., Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System) programs for measuring effectiveness, goals and objectives.
