You will serve as a SUPV GENERAL SUPPLY SPEC in the EXPEDITIONARY MAINTENANCE DEPT, CODE 800 of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
Duties
You will manage the supply material program in support of multiple repair work.
You will assign work based on priorities, nature of assignment, and employees capabilities.
You will review material requirements in support of ship repair and maintenance work and determines parts availability.
You will monitor all material orders and contracts to anticipate, prevent and minimize delays.
You will develop and review available reports/metrics to evaluate work center material usage on job accomplishments.
You will provide a delivery and pick up service of all equipment and property of the installation.
You will promote, educate, progress and support Command and Naval Station Safety, Security, and IT Security compliance, regulations, instructions and efforts.
You will act as the central Expeditionary Maintenance Department point of contact for ROV funds budgeting and management, material inventory management, procurement and contracts supporting repair efforts.
You will evaluate work performance of subordinates.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: administering a supply program to include inventory management, distribution storage and budget requirements to ensure parts availability for ship repair and maintenance work.
