About the Position: This Program Analyst position is located in Associate Director for Weapon System Management, Office of the Director at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
Duties
Responsible for management and administration of the Center's career development programs.
Oversees the development of the Centers TDA with regard to establishment of organizational and staffing structure working closely with the Deputy Chief of Staff for Resource Management Office.
Responsible for manpower management, management analysis, review, and evaluation to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Monitors and tracks funding for reimbursable positions, travel and supply.
Requirements

Specialized Experience:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level or band which includes: 1) processing human resource and manpower actions; 2) Collecting, reviewing, evaluating, and/or interpreting manpower data; 3) Preparing changes to organizational structures and charts to implement reorganizations or changes in funding; and 4) Preparing and tracking documentation in support of budget processes.
