About the Position: This Program Analyst position is located in Associate Director for Weapon System Management, Office of the Director at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

Duties

Responsible for management and administration of the Center's career development programs. Oversees the development of the Centers TDA with regard to establishment of organizational and staffing structure working closely with the Deputy Chief of Staff for Resource Management Office. Responsible for manpower management, management analysis, review, and evaluation to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Monitors and tracks funding for reimbursable positions, travel and supply.
