You will serve as an Information Technology Specialist (SYSTEM ANALYSIS)
of NAVBASE KITSAP SILVERDALE WA.
Duties
You will receive, review, analyze, define, and track all Regional/Installation customer Move/Add/Change (MAC) requests to ensure successful processing and satisfactory completion.
You will facilitate computer installs by maintaining accurate asset inventories and verifying location of hardware/software ordered.
You will support mobile data services (i.e., iPhones) by creating accounts, transferring ownership between claimants, maintaining application templates.
You will provide service-to-service mapping of all ordered hardware and software, and monitoring status.
You will support Flank Speed and Windows file share access and management.
Requirements

- The incumbent must obtain the required credentials within 12 months of appointment and maintain those credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for DCWF role of 411 Technical Support Specialist Intermediate.
- This incumbent may be required to work overtime and weekends.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Receiving, reviewing, analyzing, defining, and tracking all Regional/Installation customer Move/Add/Change (MAC) requests to ensure successful processing and satisfactory completion; 2) Facilitating computer installs by maintaining accurate asset inventories and verifying location of hardware/software ordered; 3) Supporting mobile data services (i.e., iPhones) by creating accounts, transferring ownership between claimants, maintaining application templates, service-to-service mapping of all ordered hardware and software, and monitoring status; and 4) Supporting Flank Speed and Windows file share access and management.

Education

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D.
