You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVMAC.
Duties
You will conduct analyses to assess, evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of manpower programs, processes and systems.
You will develop manpower standards by utilizing knowledge in management practices, theories, techniques, and methodologies of work/method study.
You will interpret and apply administrative management policies, procedures and operating guidelines.
You will utilize knowledge in aviation (i.e. maintenance requirements, operating forces, rate/rating structure, aircraft types, supply/logistics, etc.) in manpower requirements determination.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting analyses to assess, evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of manpower programs, processes and systems; 2) Developing manpower standards by utilizing knowledge in management practices, theories, techniques, and methodologies of work/method study; 3) Interpreting and applying administrative management policies, procedures and operating guidelines; and 4) Utilizing knowledge in aviation (i.e. maintenance requirements, operating forces, rate/rating structure, aircraft types, supply/logistics, etc.) in manpower requirements determination.
