This vacancy is for Program Analyst position in the Associate Director for Demographic Programs located at the National Processing Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Duties
Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring survey/program activities for multiple assignments and projects.
Gathering requirements and develop technical survey programs and procedures and specifications for multiple survey operations such as printing, mailout, clerical, check-in, data capture and/or coding operations.
Communicate with management, co-workers, and other internal and external customers and stakeholders performing work for the assigned programs and projects.

Qualifications
For the GS-11 Grade level
Specialized Experience: For the GS-11, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-9 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: providing technical and operational support during program operations; planning, monitoring, and evaluating survey program activities; collaborating with stakeholders to ensure success of data collection programs; and gathering requirements, reviewing specifications, writing procedures, or managing documentation for various survey activities.
OR
Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
For the GS-12 Grade level
Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: providing technical and operational support during program operations; planning, monitoring, and evaluating multiple survey program activities; collaborating with stakeholders to ensure success of data collection programs; making recommendations for improvement of work operations; and leading the effort to gather requirements, review specifications, write procedures, or manage documentation for various survey activities.
Education cannot be substituted for experience at the GS-12 grade level.
