You will serve as an Administrative Support Assistant in TSC NORFOLK.
Duties
You will provide administrative support including timekeeping, military leave, travel, human resources, file management, correspondence, and office automation systems.
You will assist in travel arrangements.
You will maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting agendas.
You will order and maintain an inventory of supplies.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing documentation and presentations in proper format; 2) Operating office automation to include software; 3) Providing a variety of support functions such as time keeping, travel arrangement, travel orders, and travel vouchers; and 4) Providing customer service to all employees within the organization.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of at least four full academic years of education above high school.
