You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICE (86000) of NAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC.
Duties
You will serve as the Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory personnel demonstration project Policy and Program Manager for NIWC Atlantic.
You will be responsible for providing expert advisory and consultative services to management on the full range of flexibilities provided under STRL
You will use a wide range of HR systems/tools to gather, integrate/analyze HR data to design/develop documents, presentations, and reports
You will provide technical advice and guidance on the application of laws, regulation, policies, and procedures relevant to programs and efforts.
lead teams and programs assisting employees with completing program objectives, projects and goals.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying civilian personnel/human resource laws, rules, and regulations in a variety of civilian personnel/human resource disciplines to effectively manage a demonstration project contribution system.
