You will serve as a SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS SUPPORT within HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as senior program manager for all INDOPACOM Current Joint Theater Operations.
You will monitor the planning and execution of all combined, joint operations and exercises conducted within the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
You will assist in the preparation of the USINDOPACOM JOC to participate in various high visibility combined and joint exercises that spans the spectrum of military operations and include national level oversight.
You will supervise, develop, coordinate, and recommend USINDOPACOM policy for Current Operations Division issues and other programs assigned to the J33 Division.
You will support the Division Chief in the day-to-day leadership to include the assignment and completion of staff tasks.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following;
Understanding of the command structures of unified/specified commands, service component commands, sub-unified commands, joint task force commands and direct reporting units. This includes expert knowledge of capabilities, missions, and authorities.
Communicating in both verbal and written communication styles to describe situations, problems, analyses, and conclusions in a timely, clear, and succinct manner to senior interagency leaders, general/flag officers (GO/FO), senior staff, and international foreign partners and U.S. inter-agencies.
Possessing leadership skills necessary to direct, motivate, coordinate, and integrate the work of a HQ Strategic-level CCMD JOC.
Utilizing and understanding USINDOPACOM military plans; knowledge of strategic level military forces, capabilities, and weaknesses of nations within the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR).
Utilizing Federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution system (PPBE).
