Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Public Affairs Specialist, GS-1035-13, you will: Recommending on the formulation and articulation of agency policy and guidance and in collaboration with the Division Director, oversees the integration of traditional and digital media planning, and execution of relevant activities. Planning, conducting, and coordinating traditional and social media/digital outreach activities. Authoring relevant policy, reports, and guidance recommendations.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Specialized Experience: You must have demonstrated at least one year of specialized experience or equivalent to the next lower grade level [GS-12] in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Monitoring articles, blogs, social media comments, and/or interviews, to provide responses; 2) Establishing a process for efficient social media content management; AND 3) Developing social media best practices and policies.
