You will serve as a GRAY FLAG LARGE FORCE TEST EVENT (LFTE) PROGRAM MANAGER in the AIR WING INTEGRATION AND INTEROPERABILITY EW EFFECTS PRODUCT LINE of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Duties

You will prepare all planning documents associated with program organization, product development and material acquisition including budgets, schedules, reports, and associated records. You will provide program management leadership to execute cost, schedule, and performance responsibilities. You will develop schedules to integrate, track and meet event planning milestones and objectives. You will collaborate with test resource management, program, combined / joint service, and combatant command partners to support strategic shifts in prioritization and the implementation of key capabilities and infrastructure.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate related duties to the following:1) Executing cost, schedule, and performance responsibilities; 2) Developing schedules to integrate, track and meet event planning milestones and objectives; 3) Providing program management leadership; 4) Collaborating with internal stakeholders.
