You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Combat Development and Integration of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.
Duties
You will consolidate operational lessons learned, analyze operational concepts, and identify operational deficiencies.
You will provide technical expertise, advice, and evaluation of technical matters involved in the execution of all Information Operations functions within the Information Operations Branch.
You will evaluate capability documents for compliance with existing upper-level policies and guidelines.
You will evaluate the methodologies for potential use in satisfying deficiencies.
Requirements

- The incumbent must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access.
- This position requires the incumbent to occasionally travel away from the normal duty station (normally less than five days per month).
- The employee must be willing and able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
- This position may require the incumbent to travel to, and live in, austere field training environments and hostile environments inside and outside the continental Unites States.
- The employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical expertise, advice, and evaluation of technical matters involved in the execution of all Information Operations functions such as assisting in research development, coordination, and evaluating capability documents for compliance with existing upper-level policies and guidelines.
