A successful candidate in this position will support the Lithium Modernization program in the Secondary Stage Production Modernization Program Office, NA-195. This position manages the sustainment and modernization of lithium processing capabilities and infrastructure necessary to support current and future work for the nuclear deterrent.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ/NN - 02, GS-12.Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience conducting at least 3 of the following activities:
Examples of Specialized Experience:
1. Evaluates policies and program objectives programs to include developing strategic planning, programmatic alignments, budget justifications and long range budget estimates for nuclear stockpile programs.
2. Prioritizes investments, aligns resources with mission requirements, and integrates elements of infrastructure modernization and capability sustainment.
3. Works within an acquisition process for major capital construction projects to deploy capabilities in time to meet the department's needs.4. Communicates and defends technical topics and programs to senior government officials.
