You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Management Analyst in the Business Support and Analysis Office (BSAO) at the Navy Manpower Analysis Center (NAVMAC) of NAVMAC.
Duties
You will serve as a technical expert on manpower, human resources, and administrative issues for an organization.
You will develop strategic goals to achieve program objectives.
You will analyze manpower and personnel operating procedures requirements to identify problems.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Occasionally on short notice.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating user acceptance testing for enhancements and new capability/functionality for Navy manpower information systems; 2) Evaluating commercial and government software programs for the organization based upon technical and functional requirements; 3) Ensuring proposed software revisions are aligned to established business processes and are in accordance with applicable manpower policies and instructions; 4) Performing manpower information system data integrity analysis to ensure validity of data and compliance with published reference; 5) Coordinating with manpower stakeholders to effect change to current and future Information Technology plans in response to changes in manpower business requirements through the use of Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
