Duties
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Program Support Specialist, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Serving as a Program Support Specialist with responsibility to perform a wide variety of administrative and program functions which may involve matters related to budget, property, travel, procurement, human resources, or other program activities.
Providing assistance analyzing, planning, developing, coordinating, and monitoring administrative and program activity.
Reviewing and analyzing directives and administrative policies to determine impact on operations.
Assisting in planning for and arranging the agenda of meetings and/or conferences.
Accomplishing special projects through analysis and review of problems, issues, or program requirements; determining what information is required; and collecting data from various sources in order to render informed recommendations/alternatives.
** Duties as shown are at the full performance level (FPL) of the GS-11. Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the FPL.

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications: You must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:
Conducting a variety of administrative and program functions involving matters related to budget, property, travel, procurement, human resources (HR), or other program activities.
Preparing recurring internal reports and documents using information obtained from various sources.
Coordinating schedules, agendas, and action items for key groups.

Education: Successful completion of at least two (2) full years (18 semester/27 quarter credits) of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's, a master's or equivalent degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related in an accredited U.S. education program.
