You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the INTEGRATED STRATEGIC PLANNING AND REQUIREMENTS DIVISION (N52) of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Duties
You will serve as the Branch Head for Integrated Strategic Planning and Requirements (N52).
You will formulate strategies, plans, or policies for use in the management and direction of programs, to include joint basing.
You will influence managers to accept findings from program analysis.
You will dialog with managers or supervisors to formulate improvement plans or strategies.
You will develop and maintain process improvement initiatives to improve an organization's ability to meet its mission.
You will analyze interrelated issues of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of mission-oriented programs.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing strategic plans, to include mission, vision, and goals; 2) Providing strategic and business planning guidance; 3) Evaluating new or modified legislation for projected impact upon a command's programs or resources; 4) Developing and updating Joint Base Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs), changes and/or variances.
