You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY PERSONNEL PSYCHOLOGIST/INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST of NETPDC.
Duties
You will review testing plans, development tests, and test items to provide guidance and instruction in applying the results to the educational process.
You will use statistical analysis to determine gains, trends, and overall effectiveness of programs
You will conduct studies involving organizational and strategic issues by using analytical and investigative techniques
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interprets policy from higher authorities, and review and evaluate directives and plans; 2) Recommends improvements or changes as appropriate to specific projects, policies and procedures; 3) implements measures to evaluate and improve coordination among branches, product teams, and products; 4) Apply the philosophies, principles, methods and techniques of personnel assessment and training to direct work required by the mission
