You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Commander's Action Group (CAG) of NVRECRUITNGCMD.
Duties
You will provide a centralized review process for all messages and products to ensure common formatting, unified strategic vision, and full leadership vetting.
You will engage in resource data accumulation, storage, retrieval, and display to design and develop models pertaining to current and future operational requirements.
You will be the point of contact for all external CAGs and offices regarding official, routine, and ad hoc taskers.
You will provide advice, assistance, and guidance on the application of administrative directives and instructions.
you will be identifying and applying analytic data for specific assignments and working groups established to generate innovative ideas to meet the recruiting mission.
Requirements

- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, to include retaining access to the NRC SIPR room and machines for SIPR correspondence.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, Scheduling, and conducting projects and studies to evaluate ways to improve the effectiveness of the operations in a program setting. 2) Adapting analytical techniques and evaluate criteria to measure and improve organizational productivity. and 3) Conducting research and analysis of complex financial issues and make fiscally sound recommendations to department leadership.
