You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the EMPLOYEE SERVICES BRANCH (CODE 1102.32), ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION, EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICE of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Duties
You will support and review administrative audits and investigative reports to determine appropriate corrective action.
You will prepare reports and statistics on appraisal system information and keep employees and managers informed of changes to the programs.
You will assist with evaluating trends in programs and take action to respond to those trends.

Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with program management policies, principles and practices to analyze and develop recommendations for improvement in program operations and objectives.
Experience analyzing and measuring effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of administrative and technical programs.
Experience applying written and oral communications skills to assist with preparing and presenting information and developing and providing program training.
Experience using computer software to develop statistical data and reports.

GS-09: Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related
