Duties
Serves as supervisor over the Disposition OMB Circular A-123 Internal Control and Enterprise Risk Management Branch under the Business Support Directorate
Provides recommendations for changes to Department of Defense (DOD) and Disposition regulations and policies pertaining to internal controls and risk management.
Oversees the execution of internal Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs) of Disposition field sites world-wide.
Provides recommendations for enterprise process changes and solutions
Leads a team of twelve, in the performance of both technical and administrative work, in compliance with Federal and agency directives and requirements to support the annual Statement of Assurance.

Qualifications
To qualify for a SUPVERVISORY COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENT PROGRAM MANAGER, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Performs program assessments, conducting analysis and drawing conclusions for process improvement and effectiveness & efficiency and provides recommendations for changes to internal control and enterprise risk management polices and guidance
- Working knowledge of Federal internal control & Enterprise Risk Management laws, directives & guidance and the practical application of these principles
- Develops and delivers presentations & Briefings to Management & Senior Executive Leadership
- Project management principles & execution
- Leading, developing & supervising teams
B. Education Substitution: Applicants may not qualify for this position based on education in lieu of specialized experience.
