This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-4 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. You will serve as the Lead Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager in the Expeditionary Missions Program Office (PMS 408) of the Program Executive Office, Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC).

Duties

You will manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases and oversee planning and execution of FMS interactions related to CREW, ATA, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal programs. You will manage all aspects of planning and execution of Expeditionary Missions Program Office (PMS 408) FMS projects. You will manage the acquisition life cycle from research and development through end of service life. You will plan and execute programs to include budget development/tracking, contracting, and project management. You will report overall project status, issues, and recommend solutions to the Program Manager. You will draft FMS cases, Price and Availability in response to Letters of Request (LORs) and enter them into into the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) for review. You will foster communication and facilitate events with stakeholders such as NIPO, OSD, industry partners, and end user customers.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 broadband level (GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading the development, coordination, or delivery of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program case management strategic goals to meet the product and service objectives of allied international naval fleet customers.
