You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Strategy and Future Requirements Department (N5) of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.

Duties

You will analyze costs, schedules, and performance to develop a baseline for managing programs throughout their life-cycle. You will advise employees on both work and administrative matters to improve business practices. You will make oral presentation on project performance metrics for organizational programs or projects. You will collaborate with business operations teams or leaders from other organizations to clarify policies or improve effectiveness. You will develop strategic plans based on information from performing quantitative or qualitative analyses. You will develop written material documenting results of statistical or analytical studies for manager review.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting in developing and implementing guidance and procedures for strategic planning, future (long-range) planning, integration, existing business processes, process improvement initiatives, metrics analysis, resource and performance management; 2) Compiling and analyzing information to verify facts, summarize narrative information and quantitative data, and devise solutions to problems; 3) Advising leadership on program oversight of policies, organization and mission; 4) Ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in support of program readiness.
