You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BUSINESS LINE of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.

Duties

You will analyze data to resolve problems affecting administrative programs or requirements You will conduct studies to identify and resolve problems affecting program requirements. You will formulate long range accession plans throughout the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and planning processes to ensure resources are available. You will use qualitative or quantitative techniques to measure program effectiveness or efficiency You will develop and evaluate subordinate employees performance standards. You will identify employee developmental and training needs and provide or arranges for needed development and training.

  • This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Providing support to Capital Improvements Leadership in the overall day-to-day Business Line management; 2) Performing in-depth analysis and providing objectively based information to execute all business line operations; 3) Making recommendations on business line decisions involving resource management, workload execution, workforce shaping, and metrics reporting; 4) Analyzing productivity, workload and program accomplishments; and 5) Preparing business analytic reports showing status of business line resources, trend analysis of rates of outflows, comparisons of actual performance to the projected plan and variances as input to the annual/multi-year/long-range planning, and development of annual work plan(s) for the Business Line.
