Duties
You will produce and manages multimedia projects by determining scope from initial concept through final product presentation and packaging.
You will review incoming projects and product specifications; analyzes and researches subject matter and customer requirements.
You will advise managers, project team leaders, and other staff members of the production team on procedures and techniques required for developing and achieving.
You will conduct liaison with public affairs specialists to review raw information and to discuss preliminary design layouts.
You will recommend modification of text in an effort to achieve desired goal.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Coordinating, planning, and designing visual information products utilizing PC and/or Macintosh computer systems, and Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud Products such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat and specialized graphics equipment.; Producing and managing routine and/or conventional multimedia projects by determining scope from initial concept through final product presentation and packaging.; Ability to apply brand assets, such as logos, colors, and typography to communications products for compliancy with brand guidelines; Developing visual products to meet the information and communication needs of internal and external audiences (these visual products may include technical illustrations, posters, books, displays, web graphics, promotional items, presentations, maps and handouts).
GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Assisting in coordinating, planning, and designing visual information products; Utilizing PC and/or Macintosh computer systems, and Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud Products such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat; Knowledge of conceptualizing, developing, understanding, and producing visual products by combining brand assets through the use of industry standard tools and applications; Ability to disseminate information through written, oral, and visual media.
