You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Corporate Business & Analysis Group, Program & Business Analysis Dept, Corporate Support Analysis Div, Command & Customer Support Branch of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will process all personnel actions in various hiring tools i.e. CWA, USA Staffing, TWMS and DCPDS.
You will work with the customers to identify future hiring requirements and uses a broad spectrum of knowledge and resources to assist in resolutions and decision-making regarding personnel hiring authorities across 24 duty stations.
You will identify/implement successful processes.
You will ensure compliance with established criteria e.g., employee relations, personnel laws, rules, regulations and labor relations.
You will track and report progress of hiring actions, performs and maintains additional administrative functions (e.g., awards, training, leave, Pay pool administration, mustering, overseas PCS).
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This is a Financial Management Level 2 certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
Qualifications
(DA-04): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following duties: 1) Identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of budgetary problems (including development of alternative methods of funding, and formulation of budget estimates); 2) Extracting information from Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) and performing data analysis; 3) Experience with financial tracking, planning, and analyst; 4) Ability to interpret financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
(DA-03): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Assisting with financial analysis and interpretation and evaluation of funding plans; 2) Tracking funding, validating expenses, reviewing transactions in accounting system, and reconciling accounts; 3) Assisting in making recommendations for financial data corrections.
