About the Position: This Supervisory Program Analyst (Command Initiatives) is located in the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) G9 Strategic Communications Directorate at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Duties
Plans, manages, coordinates, and executes APG/CECOM Strategic Initiatives Group.
Supervises the personnel assigned to the Strategic Initiatives Group.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a variety of special events, Commanding General site visits, and functions associated with high-ranking civilian officials.
Manages the strategy and planning of events to include monitoring and controlling event budgets.
Monitors, coordinates and directs senior leader travel to support strategic engagements.
Coordinates industry conference agendas for CECOM leadership to ensure maximal efficacies at external communications activities and events.
Requirements

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the NH-03/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) analyzing primary source material to ensure accurate briefings; 2) reviewing emerging policies, plans and directives; 3) developing, coordinating and/or facilitating senior leader engagement strategies; and 4) coordinating/directing activities for knowledge management, public affairs or records management functions.
