You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY, CG, MCCDC/JOINT & NAVAL INTEGRATION of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.
Duties
You will serve as the operations staff action officer, and advisor on strategic plans and operations.
You will advise the division on ongoing operational matters.
You will develop, coordinate, implement and maintain new plans and strategies based on directives from higher headquarters and agencies.
You will maintain/update policy for and execute suspense management and document control procedures.
You will apply a comprehensive knowledge of the organization and the functions and elements to manage actions and tasks, and to keep the command group informed on their status.
You will review and analyze orders, plans and correspondence (to include classified and unclassified) for either specified and implied mission requirements.
You will evaluate capabilities to meet these requirements, and recommends courses of actions.
You will serve as an administrator responsible for providing planning, coordination of resources services, and administrative management services essential to the operation of the Maritime Expeditionary Warfare Integration Division.
You will assist in the origination, development, formulation, and execution of policies as they pertain to the administrative functions, and day-to-day operations of Maritime Expeditionary Warfare Integration Division.
You will maintain knowledge of staff action procedures, regulations, and policies pertaining to the organizational mission, government budgeting procedures, procurement, training coordination, and human resources management.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final top secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing oversight on critical, qualitative, analytical, and systems support for operational functions and capabilities; evaluate administrative aspects of mission oriented programs; plan, organize, and direct integrated product teams; present advise and recommendations on program issues; provide effective and concise written and oral communication to a diverse audience.
