Enterprise Security Operations (ESO) enables DCSA and Industrial Security (IS) to function as the premier providers of security services through facilitating partnerships with the cleared Defense Industrial Base (DIB) under DoD Cognizance within the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), to mature, educate, and communicate critical emerging missions.
Duties
As a PROGRAM ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:
-Support the operations, planning, policy, and process development for the ESO division as DCSA implements assigned responsibilities for cleared industry under DoD cognizance within the National Industrial Security Program and within the DoD's Controlled Unclassified Information Program.
- Serves as a technical advisor to Government and Industry partners on CUI-related matters.
- Grows existing relationships and develops new partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintains and analyzes metrics related to CUI training, unauthorized disclosures, threat notifications, self-assessments, contracts, programs, facilities with CUI contractual requirements, and assistance provided to Government and Industry stakeholders.
- Provides advice and guidance, which serves as the basis for development of, and revisions to, operational guidance.
- Leads efforts to drive consistency and standardization with CUI requirements within the DoD mission space.

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-12 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Manage compliance with contractually established Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements in Cleared Industry and within DoD contracts associated with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP); Advise personnel, leadership, and associated partners on policy, training, and quality assurance. Lead working groups in support of program development for controlled unclassified or classified information protection and safeguarding. Expertise with proper document protection and marking; Develop, maintain, and enhance processes that enable the successful execution of CUI protection and safeguarding requirements; Represent a government agency or corporation at executive level engagements, working groups, forums, and training events.???????
