Duties
You will develop and manage applications software and technical documentation procedures for automated solutions delivered via the Regional Gateway (G2) and MS Share Point.
You will review hardware/software interoperability problems and administer the installation and integration of system fixes, updates, and enhancements.
You will manage SharePoint accounts, and manage systems resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability; and implement security procedures and tools.
You will provide oversight and management of the Region Gateway SharePoint Portal (G2) in conjunction with content managers.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area D451.
- This is a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position in specialty area D451. Incumbent of this position is required to comply with the DON Cyber IT/CSWF Program requirements of SECNAV M-5239.2.
- The incumbent must earn and maintain appropriate credentials from the Cyber IT/CSWF Qualification Matrix (described in SECNAV M-5239.2) associated with the specialty area and level commensurate with the scope of major assigned duties.
- The incumbent must participate in a continuous learning program as described in SECNAVINST 1543.2. A minimum of 40 hours of Cyber IT/CSWF.
- The incumbent of this position will be required to respond to call back support of mission critical requirements.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector for Regional Gateway (G2) or Microsoft SharePoint Intranet Systems: 1. Develop and evaluate state-of-the-art products, perform studies, and develop future plans for application of information technology automated solutions to end-users; 2. Utilize MS SharePoint in conjunction with MS Office products, to include MS Power Applications, to track development and management of SharePoint structures; 3. Develop and manage application software and technical documentation for automated solutions delivered via Microsoft Share Point; 4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system conflicts supporting IT Systems; 5. Collaborate with senior leadership and managers to implement workforce solutions that provide positive impacts to the end users; and 6. Develop lifecycle planning for IT systems, identifying overall system requirements, organization needs, and system impacts.
