You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Command Staff, Executive Support Division of STRATEGIC WEAPONS FACILITY PACIFIC(SWFPAC) located on Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor, WA. This position reports directly to the Executive Department Supervisor (SPB011) as Command Program Coordinator responsible for ensuring delegated and/or assigned command responsibilities within the HR programs are in compliance with OPM/OMB, DOD, SECNAV, and SSP written guidance and/or instructions.

Duties

You will act as the Command Drug Program Coordinator (DPC) and will direct, administer, and manage the DFWP within the command. You will act as the Telework Coordinator, ensuring program use is in compliance with SSP Instructions. You will act as the Incentive Awards Program Coordinator, reviews monetary awards to ensure appropriateness of the award, sufficiency of justification and prepares for the Commanding Officer or Executive Officer’s endorsement when required. You will act as the Incentive Coordinator for Tuition Assistance and Student Loan Repayment programs. You will act as New Employee Orientation/Indoctrination Coordinator, providing standard employee orientation for review of command policies. You will act as SWFPAC Command Program Coordinator providing overall administrative management, analysis and evaluation for command level programs.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band (NH-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating business programs compliance such as Performance Management, Drug Free Workplace, Telework, Civilian Awards (Monetary and Non- Monetary), New Employee Orientation/Indoctrination, or Position Management Board to assess and improve organizational work operations effectively and efficiently.
