You will serve as an EXERCISE COORDINATOR in the RANGE AND TRAINING PROGRAMS DIVISION of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will demonstrate a deep understanding of service doctrine for training plan, events and/or exercise design.
You will be well-versed in operations and global force requirements, enabling effective alignment of training initiatives with strategic objectives.
You will apply knowledge about organization, equipment, weapons, and capabilities, ensuring comprehensive training considerations.
You will demonstrate skill in integrating live and synthetic training resources into in-level training to effectively meet unit goals.
You will be effective at advising commanders on training-related matters, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
You will show experience and proficiency in delivering briefings ranging from high ranking officials, ensuring clear communication of objectives and strategies.
You will be capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a large team, adapting to various working environments and demands effectively.

- This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, developing and evaluating military operational forces exercise support for unit deployment through the progression and delivery of design products for Live, Virtual, and Constructive exercise events.
