Duties

Responsible for integration across the Center’s Business Systems and Processes, order fulfillment, planning, procurement, and technical quality. Participates in war planning events involving various DoD entities and personnel using SIPRNET as the primary mode of communication. Leads the site’s efforts to integrate Business Systems and processes in all elements of logistics systems and operations by executing decisions, and policy guidance directed by the Process Owners and DLA Energy. Oversees the performance of all Center EBS processes by coordinating, consolidating, and reporting overall operational performance results. Initiates investigations to determine the cause of operations performance issues; resolves cross process issues at the direction of the DLA Process Integrator. Assists and coordinates Sales and Operations Planning for resident supply chains; and raises supply chain specific issues to the Process Owners and DLA Process Integrator. Cont'd... Cont'd... As part of this activity, he/she may direct operations research and special studies. The Integrator serves as the focal point for adjudicating issues that cannot be resolved among the EBS Processes. Oversees and manages EBS (including Business Warehouse and Energy Systems to include Base Level Accounting System (FMD and EPOS)) functional requirements and coordinates crucial changes to EBS data.

Qualifications

To qualify for a Supervisory Process Integrator, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: - Manages short and long range planning activities that include multi-year work plans that are the products of subordinate organizational projects/programs. - Plans and initiates a comprehensive evaluation system for the review and analysis of proposed costs, program development, and performance. - Develops detailed plans, tasks, milestone dates and schedules to ensure proper sequencing of events and tracking of processes and costs throughout the life cycle of the programs/projects. - Ensures processes are in compliance with applicable laws/policies/regulations, well documented and regularly maintained. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
