Duties
Responsible for integration across the Center’s Business Systems and Processes, order fulfillment, planning, procurement, and technical quality.
Participates in war planning events involving various DoD entities and personnel using SIPRNET as the primary mode of communication.
Leads the site’s efforts to integrate Business Systems and processes in all elements of logistics systems and operations by executing decisions, and policy guidance directed by the Process Owners and Troop Support Command.
Oversees the performance of all Command processes by coordinating, consolidating, and reporting overall operational performance results.
Oversees the performance of all Center EBS processes by coordinating, consolidating, and reporting overall operational performance results.
Initiates investigations to determine the cause of operations performance issues; resolves cross process issues at the direction of the DLA Process Integrator.
Assists and coordinates Sales and Operations Planning for resident supply chains; and raises supply chain specific issues to the Process Owners and DLA Process Integrator.
The Integrator serves as the focal point for adjudicating issues that cannot be resolved among the EBS Processes.
Oversees and manages EBS (including Business Warehouse) functional requirements and coordinates crucial changes to EBS data.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Process Integrator, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Understanding of applicable audit readiness end to end processes within a process management functional area to include manual and system processes and their associated internal controls.
Ensuring processes are in compliance with applicable laws/policies/regulations, well documented and regularly maintained.
Provide clear guidance to the workforce on what constitutes quality evidential matter and evidential matter retention requirements.

Provides timely responses to auditor requests and aggressive implementation of corrective action plans associated with audit deficiencies.
