About the Position: Army Enterprise Marketing Office, Business Management Director. Located at 11 W. Quincy Court, Suite 310. Chicago, IL 60604. Supervise 4 military officers and 8 Department of the Army Civilians responsible for all acquisition and resource management for the Army Enterprise Marketing Office (AEMO). AEMO is responsible for all marketing and advertising for the U.S. Army in support of Army recruiting and accessions.

Duties

Oversee the administrative, financial, and project management support for Army Enterprise Marketing (AEMO). Interpret policies based on regulations, directives from higher echelon, management principles and ethics governing the conduct of work. Supervise and direct the activities responsible for providing support to the Office of Chief of Army Enterprise Marketing. Develop improvement plans to improve cost, schedule, and performance for all marketing programs. Review and edit budget estimates and requests for sub-allotments submitted by the assigned offices. Present briefings, information papers, and final correspondence to senior military and civilian officials at all levels of the Army staff. Recommend changes in Army policy, objectives, plans, and programs based on results of analysis.

  • Travel Required: Up to 25% Business Travel may be required.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
