About the Position: Army Enterprise Marketing Office, Business Management Director. Located at 11 W. Quincy Court, Suite 310. Chicago, IL 60604. Supervise 4 military officers and 8 Department of the Army Civilians responsible for all acquisition and resource management for the Army Enterprise Marketing Office (AEMO). AEMO is responsible for all marketing and advertising for the U.S. Army in support of Army recruiting and accessions.
Duties
Oversee the administrative, financial, and project management support for Army Enterprise Marketing (AEMO).
Interpret policies based on regulations, directives from higher echelon, management principles and ethics governing the conduct of work.
Supervise and direct the activities responsible for providing support to the Office of Chief of Army Enterprise Marketing.
Develop improvement plans to improve cost, schedule, and performance for all marketing programs.
Review and edit budget estimates and requests for sub-allotments submitted by the assigned offices.
Present briefings, information papers, and final correspondence to senior military and civilian officials at all levels of the Army staff.
Recommend changes in Army policy, objectives, plans, and programs based on results of analysis
Requirements

- Travel Required: Up to 25% Business Travel may be required.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes present briefings to senior leaders on agency policies and/or organizational process; analyze budget during all phases of the program lifecycle making necessary changes or improvements; and oversee a team to include evaluating employee performance, developing marketing plans or programs that effect the agency's recruiting strategy and effort. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
