Salary: $99 200 - 153 354 per year

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst providing Talent Management support for the Center. Assists in disseminating guidance, interpreting policies and regulations, and identifying workforce trends to determine strategies

Duties

Assists with performing Talent Management studies Provides input on new or proposed Talent Management initiatives, policies, and procedures Assists in executing approved programs and plans for recruitment and outreach. Utilizes automated training and workforce development programs

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Secret Clearance
  • TDY up to 25%
  • One year probationary period

Qualifications

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 level or pay band in the Federal service which includes 1) Assist in developing internal process guides; and 2) Develops and implements recruitment and outreach strategies.
