Duties

Approve leave request of the division's subordinates for time keeping purposes. Submit inventory monthly reports to the Division Chief. Input inventory data in the facility equipment management system to ensure records are accurate. Review purchasing request to approve or dispute transactions in the department Analyze inventory discrepancies to determine corrective actions.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
• This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG).
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance for access to Depot Production Computer System.
• All applicants are required to successfully complete the Civilian Education System Course and the Supervisory Development Course within 12 months of being assigned to the position. Failure to do so may result in an adverse action.
