You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION N6.
Salary Range for GS-09: $59,966.00 - $77,955.00
Salary Range for GS-11: $72,553.00 - $94,317.00
Duties
You will execute Government purchase card duties.
You will develop Monthly/quarterly annual financial reports.
You will create Funding execution briefings.
You will have knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas and tools to develop data entry templates for efficient data analysis.
Requirements

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code (422) Data Analyst, proficiency level (Basic) the incumbent is required to maintain qualifications in accordance with DON Cyber Workforce Program requirements of SECNAV M-5239.2.
- The incumbent must obtain the required credentials within 12 months of appointment and maintain those credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for DCWF role of (422) Data Analyst Proficiency Level Basic.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
GS-11
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviews reporting requirements associated with the DON Information Technology Financial Execution processes; 2) Monitors and conducts analysis of financial management processes included in the reporting of IT financial execution; and 3) Serves as the primary POC for Information Technology for financial requirements associated with the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC).
GS-09
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Receives supervisor guidance and monitoring; 2) Oversees and reports requirements associated with the DON IT Financial Execution; 3) Provides analytical and financial management support for the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC); and 4) Provides ad hoc financial management analysis.

master's or equivalent graduate degree

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

LL.M., if related
