About the Position: This Management Analyst position is assigned to the Program Executive Office, Command Control Communications-Tactical Network (PEO C3T), Project Manager, Integrated Enterprise Network (PM IEN), located in Ft Belvoir, VA.

Duties
Coordinate a wide variety of common administrative functions inherent within the office, such as records management, security, safety, personnel actions, awards, performance appraisals, and other related functions.
Prepare and track personnel actions for the Project Manager.
Works with supporting Human Resources (HR) and Security Specialists on a variety of civilian personnel actions such as recruitments, promotions, travel and pay issues.
Provide information and reports to leadership regarding personnel status, continuous learning, Visitor Access Request, and Clearance verification and validation.
Processes and manages the submission and completion of various forms, briefings, reports, and brochures that showcase the portfolio, its personnel, and security of people, equipment, and spaces.
Works with clients and customers to include the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent to maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Temporary Appointment NTE – Position may be filled as a temporary appointment NTE 5 years. Temporary appointments may be extended up to a maximum of three (3) years.
- Current permanent Federal employees (to include permanent Army employees) applying for a temporary appointment will be appointed/converted into a term appointment with no statutory return rights back to a permanent position.
- When a current Army employee applies to a JOA opened for a temporary or term appointment, the action will be a conversion to a temporary or term appointment.
- Position may be filled as a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed (NTE) 2 years by a current permanent Army employee.
- Time-limited promotions may be extended up to a maximum of five years. Time-limited reassignments and changes to lower grade may exceed five years, however return rights may be impacted.
- Position may be made permanent without further competition.
- The NH-03 pay band encompasses grades GS-12 step 01 through GS-13 step 10.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as performing ALL of the following duties: 1) Participating in general administration and/or management of program office operations such as task and calendar management, facilities and property management, travel, supplies and program reporting; 2) Managing civilian personnel and human resources actions such as recruitments, onboarding, performance evaluations, career development, awards processing, or training; 3) Administering security operations activities related to personnel, equipment or facilities to meet mission requirements; AND 4) Analyzing regulatory policies/procedures to ensure efficiency of administrative operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02).
