About the Position: The position is located at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE), Ft. Benning Benning, Georgia 31905. The "Maneuver Center of Excellence" is located 100 miles south of Atlanta and is adjacent to Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama. The geography and climate are ideal for year round military training. Public transportation and free parking is available.

Duties

Establish, maintain and/or review forms and records pertaining to assigned work. Enter data in automated systems to produce output including reports, orders and/or personnel data updates. Retrieve data from information sources, both manual and electronic to answer questions, respond to correspondence and/or prepare reports. Council service members on benefits and/or entitlements.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Employee may be required to work scheduled or unscheduled overtime.
  • This position has been designated “Mission Essential”. In the event of severe weather conditions or emergency type situations the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
