This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DIRECT-HIRE AUTHORITY FOR DOMESTIC DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL BASE (DIB) FACILITIES AND THE MAJOR RANGE AND TEST FACILITIES BASE (MRTFB) IN THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Duties

Make timely decisions, readily understands complex issues and develops solutions that effectively address problems. Review and analyze the branch short and long-range strategic planning objectives and goals. Monitor the workload to ensure that all work is addressed timely and managed to ensure accomplishment within assigned timelines.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Successfully complete a one-year supervisory probationary period.
• This position has a Temporary Duty or business travel requirement.
