Duties

Apply policies and procedures, analyze strategic plans and goals. Plan, establish and develop criteria and ensure allocation of resources while establishing program objectives. Supervise subordinates by setting goals and standards and develop solutions to complex issues. Monitor and manage workload to meet production timelines.
