About the Position: You will serve as a Deputy to the Director of Command, Control, Communications, Computers (C4) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate.

Duties

Determine a strategic plan, develop and execute operational goals, and form/sustain a strong, cohesive team of managers at the division level to carry out plans and goals. Perform short and long-range planning (both strategic and tactical) by obtaining and interpreting workload demand data from Depot Enterprise Resource Planning Systems. Establish performance requirements, evaluate subordinate supervisors and serve as reviewing official for other subordinates. Make timely decisions, readily understand complex issues, and develop solutions that effectively address problems.
