You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Logistics Data Development Branch of the Integrated Logistics Support Department of the Aviation Operations Department.

Duties
You will manage the Provisioning System of record to provide life cycle and logistical support for Naval Aviation weapons.
You will coordinate with others to implement and analyze comprehensive logistics planning and project support management.
You will manage and monitor the execution of tasks needed to initialize integrated logistics support (ILS) supply chain management.
You will review, analyze, and report on documents and data for accuracy and resolve any issues or problems.
You will act as a Naval Aviation Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Provisioning and Provisioning systems by providing oversight and support to the data systems complex.
You will write and review Provisioning Statements of Work, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and Design Change Notices (DCNs), and other technical documents to outline needed contract deliverables.
You will provide Provisioning systems training in Aviation Provisioning Tools.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector combining knowledge of provisioning, acquisition, and life cycle management to perform tasks that directly contribute to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness by developing supply support concepts and executing plans to ensure the appropriate types and levels of supply support are in place. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1)Preparing policy and procedure documents and presenting that information to internal and external contacts; 2) Creating Provisioning Statements of Work (PSOW) that detail contract deliverables; 3) Creating, retrieving, reviewing, and analyzing technical data; 4) Utilizing NAVSUP/DOD/NAVAIR acquisitions and/or weapons systems to provide oversight, guidance, and support; 5) Coordinating with team members, team leaders, and other specialists to identify and resolve critical technical and functional issues.
