This Program Analyst, EN-0343-03 position is in the Office of Infrastructure Policy & Controls Division (NA-912) provides centralized program and financial management and data analysis shared services to the Office of Infrastructure managers The incumbent is responsible for leading and facilitating program support through data analytics, process design and improved program performance.
Duties
As a Program Analyst (Lead Data Analyst) you will:
Lead a Working Group to gather members from across the Office of infrastructure on a recurring basis to create opportunities for better integration and alignment of data, help identify gaps and propose solutions, identify opportunities for new analyses, and provide a review body for proposed data governance issues.
Facilitate NA-90's program management process by facilitating the monthly performance reporting
process and developing or updating applicable sections of the NA-90 Program Management Plan.
Provide technical, analytical, and financial support and advice to NA-90 senior management and program managers on assigned tasks and projects.
Provide project management and project controls support; assists with the design of next generation
program management processes and tools to enhance existing systems; and develops and
deploys comprehensive training on NA-91's Dashboards, data, tools, and processes
Qualifications
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA pay band level or GS grade level in the Federal Service, i.e. EN-02 or GS-11 equivalent. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience leading and facilitating program support through data analytics, process design and improved program performance.

Experience developing recommendations resulting in increased productivity and efficiency in providing service to users.
Experience performing a range of analytical studies and projects related to filed program operations in the areas of management and productivity improvement.
